报告摘要：We will introduce the properties of functions in the biparameter BMO space and focus on their behavior under the action of a rotation. We will show that this BMO space is not preserved by a rotation. By imposing additional regularity, we will prove interpolation inequalities which imply
a boundedness property of directional Hilbert transforms. We will also discuss briefly the possible applications of the result to the study of the 2D Euler equation.
