报告摘要:In accordance with the national energy transition policy, major companies in charge of supply and maintenance of nuclear power plant equipment are also pursuing changes, and Advanced Manufacturing Technologies (AMT) R&D is in progress as a way to overcome the high cost and long delivery time required for future nuclear power plant development. Additive manufacturing, a core manufacturing technology of AMT, is also applied to core element technologies related to reactor design, analysis and manufacturing technology in response to a customized small-scale production structure environment. Additive manufacturing is also in great demand in the nuclear sector, and Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, a leading overseas nuclear power company. (WEC), Global Nuclear Fuels-Americas, LLC (GNF), and Electric Power Research Institute, etc. are also actively researching the application of additive manufacturing to nuclear core components. In Korea, the production, evaluation, and standardization of safety grade 1 valve items for nuclear power plants and nuclear fuel support based on metal additive manufacturing are being carried out, and KAERI, KNF, BEES, POSTECH, and GJTP are actively conducting R&D. In this presentation, the current status of 3D printing technology in Korea's nuclear industry will be explained and the future direction of nuclear material research will be introduced.
