主要研究方向为矩阵代数及其应用。

截止目前，已在国际顶级期刊Automatica等上发表SCI论文35篇，其中独立/第一/通讯作者25篇，5篇发表在Automatica上，6篇ESI高被引论文。入选全球前2%顶尖科学奖榜单。获“郭本瑜青年学者优秀论文奖”，广西自然科学奖二等奖（第五完成人），上海大学蔡冠深优秀青年教师奖。担任中国高等教育学会教育数学专业委员会常务理事，美国数学会Math. Review评论员，20多个国际SCI期刊审稿人。曾受邀在美国、韩国等著名大学访问和做报告。
